A CRM you can talk to.
Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your leads. Let AI texting keep a conversation going. You decide what each one can see and do.
Twenty minutes, on your own leads.
Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your leads.
Connect your assistant to Lead Manager and ask in plain words. It is in early access, and today it only reads.
A chat with an assistant beside the Lead Manager leads list. Asking which leads have not been touched yet returns three names, and those three leads are outlined in the list. Asking how the week is going returns the number of new leads and how many have had no activity. Asking for a brief on Jordan Mitchell before a call returns the phone number, the date the lead was added and the salesperson’s note, and that note is outlined on the lead’s page. The assistant only reads: nothing in Lead Manager changes.
It reads your leads and answers. Nothing in Lead Manager changes.
Find who has gone quiet.
It can list your leads with each one’s status, source and last activity date, so you can ask who has not been touched.
Sum up the pipeline.
Counts for today, this week or this month: new leads, how many sit in each list, and how many have gone untouched.
Brief you before a call.
Ask about one lead and it pulls up the name, phone number, status, dates and your notes.
That is all it can do today. It cannot add, edit, text or delete anything.
You approve what it can see.
Connecting starts with your own Lead Manager sign-in. Then one screen names the assistant, your dealership and what it is asking for. You press Approve or Deny.
It sees what you see.
A salesperson’s assistant gets that salesperson’s leads. A Team Leader, Admin or Sponsor gets the store’s.
Some things it never gets.
A lead’s email address, home address, income and credit details are left out of every answer.
It reads. It does not write.
Nothing in Lead Manager changes because of something typed into a chat.
Tell us which assistant you use. We aim to reply within one business day.
The approval screen. It reads “Claude wants to access LeadManager”, names the dealership, lists one permission, “Read your leads.”, and has two buttons: Approve and Deny.
AI texting that follows your rules.
You write the steps and you pick the lead. The app asks you to confirm consent before the first text, then the AI texts from your dealership’s own number and answers when the lead replies. On the Team plan, with a monthly allowance.
The Text conversation card: the AI’s summary of the lead’s reply, the vehicle they mentioned, buying signals, and the step the AI is working on.
Four rules it cannot break.
Consent first
Consent is recorded on each lead, and the app asks you to Confirm consent before the first AI text.
With no consent on file, nothing sends.
Quiet hours
No outreach between 9pm and 9am in the lead’s local time.
The app works that out from the area code.
STOP means stop
Every text ends with your dealership’s name and how to opt out.
A STOP reply marks the lead Unsubscribed and blocks that number for the whole dealership.
Your dealership’s number
Texts go out from a number that belongs to your dealership.
Not from a salesperson’s personal phone.
How you stay in control.
You write the plan, and test it.
Conversation Workflow holds the tone, your business context and the stages the AI works through. Test Workflow lets you play the lead and read what the AI would say. Nothing is sent.
You start it, one lead at a time.
The AI texts a lead only after you choose AI Outreach (SMS) on that lead. After its first text, it writes again only when the lead replies.
You can move it along.
Change the AI’s step on the Text conversation card skips ahead or goes back, for when you know something the AI does not.
You can step in.
Read the whole conversation from Interaction History, and text or call the lead yourself from your own phone whenever you like. The conversation view is for reading: you do not type into it.
Questions about the AI.
Can Claude or ChatGPT change anything in my CRM?
No. In early access the connection only reads: it can list your leads, open one lead and count up your pipeline. It cannot add, edit, text or delete anything.
What can the assistant see?
No more than you can. A salesperson’s assistant gets that salesperson’s leads, and a Team Leader, Admin or Sponsor gets the store’s. It receives names, phone numbers, statuses, dates and your notes. It does not receive email addresses, home addresses, income or credit details.
Can I step in on a conversation the AI is having?
Yes. You can change the step the AI is working on from the Text conversation card, and you can text or call the lead yourself from your own phone. The conversation view in the app is for reading: you do not type into it.
What can I use during the trial?
Leads, every import path, templates, single emails, categories, the calendar and the task board. Team, messaging and AI features unlock when your paid plan starts.
Where is my data stored?
On Google Cloud servers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. We are built in Toronto, and we do not sell your personal information.
