Getting started
Your trial, your first look around, and joining a team.
Create your account, verify your email and pick a plan. You get fourteen days with your own leads, and a card is needed to begin.
Where everything lives: the menu, your three lists of leads, the toolbar at the top and the add button at the bottom.
Lead Manager runs on your phone and in a browser on your computer. A few things behave differently on each, and this is the list.
- Join your dealership’s teamTeam plan
Someone at the store sent you an invite link. Opening it puts you on the store’s plan, on their shared leads and inventory.
The words that turn up in the app and on the lot, explained in one line each — from a lead and a category to LTV and negative equity.
Getting leads in
Every way a lead can reach your list.
Five ways a lead reaches your list in Lead Manager: typed in by hand, pasted from an email, read off a screenshot, imported from a spreadsheet, or sent in by your website or lead provider.
Type a walk-in or a phone call straight into Lead Manager: pick the lead type, fill in the name, email and phone, and save.
Copy the email or message a lead came in on, paste it into Lead Manager, and it fills in the name, phone, email and vehicle for you.
- Import a lead from a screenshotPro and Team
Someone sends you a picture of a lead instead of the lead. Lead Manager reads the name, email and phone off the image so you do not have to retype them.
- Import a spreadsheet of leadsPro and Team
Move a CSV or Excel file of leads into Lead Manager: choose the file, tell it which column is which, and import.
- Send leads in from your website or lead providerPro and Team
Create an API key in Lead Manager and hand it to your website or your lead provider, so new leads arrive on your list on their own.
- Find and merge leads entered twicePro and Team
The duplicate scanner groups leads that share an email or a phone number, so you can merge the ones that are the same person and ignore the ones that are not.
Set up the labels every lead carries in Lead Manager: whether it is a person or a company, the tags on its row, and where it came from.
Working your leads
Lists, categories, calls, notes and reminders.
Lead Manager gives you three lists and as many categories as you want to name, so a busy list turns into a board you can read at a glance.
Find one lead in a long list, put the list in the order you actually work in, and narrow it down to the leads you mean.
The dot at the front of every lead says how long it has been since you touched that lead — blue for the last one, then green, yellow and red as it ages.
Open a lead to see everything you know about them in one place, and leave a note so the next person — including you next week — knows where the deal stands.
Reach a lead straight from your list — a swipe to call, the row’s menu for anything else, and a saved template when you do not want to retype it.
Press and hold to start picking leads, then file, export, email or delete the whole lot of them in one go.
Book the call you promised, the appointment somebody is coming in for, or a reminder to yourself — against the lead it belongs to, so it is there when the day comes.
The work around a deal — a safety, a set of plates, a bank you are waiting on — as cards you move across three columns, each one tied to its lead.
Move a finished lead out of the way without losing it — everything you wrote stays on the lead, and one menu item brings it back.
AI texting
Set it up, send the first text, and stay in control.
AI texting answers a lead for you and works through the steps you wrote — inside limits it will not cross. Read these before you turn it on.
- Write your conversation workflowTeam plan
Tell the AI what to work toward in a text conversation: one stage at a time, in your words, and test it on yourself before a lead ever sees it.
- Consent, STOP and quiet hoursTeam plan
Record what a lead agreed to, read the texting status on their page, and know the two things that stop a text going out: STOP, and the hours between 9pm and 9am.
Start an AI text conversation with a lead who agreed to be texted, read what came back, and move the AI on when you know something it does not.
Your own Gmail or Outlook, templates, and sending to many.
Link the mailbox you already use, so email you send from Lead Manager goes out from your own address and replies come back to you.
Write a message once, drop a variable such as {leadName} into it, and send it to any lead with their own details already in place.
- Email up to 10 leads at onceTeam plan
Pick a handful of leads off your list, choose a template, and send it to all of them from your own mailbox in one go.
Running the store
Your team, your inventory and the deal.
- Set up your organizationTeam plan
Put your store’s name, address and logo into Lead Manager, set the defaults every deal worksheet starts from, and find the lists your whole team shares.
Send someone an invite link, watch them take a seat, and know what each role can do and what happens when the seats run out.
- Share a lead, or hand it overTeam plan
Pick several leads at once and either send a teammate a copy or hand them over for good, one each in turn across the people you choose.
- Put your lot into InventoryTeam plan
Add a vehicle with the quick entry, put photos on it, and mark it sold — one shared list of units your whole team can see.
- Keep the garage registerTeam plan
Record every vehicle that comes in and goes out — who it came from, who it went to, and the dates — and export the whole register as a spreadsheet.
- Put a vehicle on a leadTeam plan
Pick the car out of your inventory and attach it to the lead, so anyone who opens them knows which one the deal is about.
- Work the deal out on the worksheetTeam plan
Put the price, the fees and the loan terms in, and the worksheet gives you the payment, the amount financed and the loan-to-value while you type.
- See who is following upTeam plan
The Activity screen counts every call, text, email and new lead per person per day, ranks your team by it, and shows you who has gone quiet.
Account, plans and data
What your plan includes, what you have used, and your data.
Pro is one salesperson with a phone. Team is a whole store, with shared inventory, the deal worksheet and AI texting. Here is the line between them.
One screen shows what your plan includes, how much of it you have used this period and when it resets.
Choose what reaches you by email and what buzzes your phone, and know which of the two your computer can actually do.
- The photo toolsPro and Team
Paint over a person, a plate or a bin in a vehicle photo and AI removes it. And turn the photos your phone took into files a listing site will accept.
Download everything the app holds about you, see where it is stored, or close the account for good.
