Email up to 10 leads at once
Pick a handful of leads off your list, choose a template, and send it to all of them from your own mailbox in one go.

Before you start
- You are on the Team plan and your paid plan has started.
- Gmail or Outlook is connected and picked as the active service. Connect your Gmail or Outlook
- An email template is saved, if you would rather not write one now. Templates that fill themselves in

Sending Emails
Starting...
Some mornings the same message suits several leads at once. Pick them off the list, choose the template, and send it once.
Steps
Start selecting
Press and hold a lead. The list switches to selection and that lead is ticked.
Tick the others
Tap the circle on each lead you want. Ten is as many as one send will take.
Open the actions
Tap the orange checklist button at the bottom of the list.
Choose the email action
Pick Send Email Template to selected leads.
Pick a template and read it
Choose one under Choose template, or leave it on -- Custom / New -- and write your own. Check the Subject and the message, then tap Send All.
Confirm the send
Confirm Bulk Email Send names the mailbox it is going through and the subject. Tap Send All again and the app works down the list one message at a time.
Good to know
- Every message leaves from your own connected mailbox, one at a time. With nothing connected, the app sends you to Settings first.
- The signature you saved under Email Signature Settings is added to these emails.
- Bulk email draws on a monthly allowance that comes with the Team plan. Open Usage & Limits from the app’s menu to see what you have used.
- The action is hidden while a lead someone else shared with you is in the selection. Clear that one and it comes back.
