Connect your Gmail or Outlook

Link the mailbox you already use, so email you send from Lead Manager goes out from your own address and replies come back to you.

A phone showing Lead Manager’s Settings. The Email Integration card is opened, Connect is tapped beside Gmail, the row changes to Connected, Gmail is chosen as the active service, and Email Signature Settings opens on the next screen.

Lead Manager does not send mail of its own. It sends through the mailbox you connect, so a lead sees your usual address and answers you the way they always would.

Steps

  1. Open the email settings

In Settings, find the Email Integration card.

  2. Start the connection

Under Connection Status, tap Connect beside Gmail or Outlook.

  3. Sign in and allow sending

Your browser opens. Sign in to that mailbox and allow Lead Manager to send mail from it. Back in the app, the row reads Connected.

  4. Choose which one sends

Under Select Active Service, pick Gmail or Outlook. Until a service is connected it cannot be picked.

  5. Set your signature

Tap Email Signature Settings, then Edit signature under Gmail Signature or Outlook Signature.

Good to know

  • Nothing connected yet? The app will not send. It asks you to connect Gmail or Outlook first and offers you the way back to Settings.
  • Disconnect ends it whenever you want. Outlook asks you to confirm before it does.
  • Connecting is part of every plan, and it works during the free trial.
  • Templates that fill themselves in

Write a message once, drop a variable such as {leadName} into it, and send it to any lead with their own details already in place.

  • Email up to 10 leads at once

Pick a handful of leads off your list, choose a template, and send it to all of them from your own mailbox in one go.
