Export or delete your data
Download everything the app holds about you, see where it is stored, or close the account for good.
Everything here is on your Profile screen, which you reach from Settings.
Get a copy of your data
Under Your data, tap Export my data. The app builds a JSON file of the personal information it holds about you and emails you a confirmation when it is finished.
Where your data is kept
Lead Manager is built in Toronto, and your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, in the United States. We say so plainly because for some dealerships it matters: if you have a policy about where customer records may live, that is the fact to check it against.
Correcting things, and asking questions
- Your own name and details: tap them on the Profile screen and edit them.
- A lead’s details: open the lead and edit it there.
- Anything else, including a question about what is held and why: the Profile screen lists a Privacy Officer with an email address.
The same screen has the terms and the privacy policy, so you can read what you agreed to without hunting for it.
