Three things can reach you, and each can arrive by email, as a notification on your phone, both, or neither. It is one card in Settings.
Steps
Open Settings
From the menu at the top left of your leads list.
Find Notifications
The card with the bell. Email is the top group, Push is below it.
Choose what reaches you
New Lead fires when a lead arrives. Event Reminders are your calendar callbacks and walk-ins. Lead Reminders are the one-off nudges you set on a lead.
Turn one on
Tap a switch and it saves straight away. There is nothing to confirm.
