Find your way around

Where everything lives: the menu, your three lists of leads, the toolbar at the top and the add button at the bottom.

Lead Manager opens on a list of leads. Almost everything else is one tap away, behind the menu at the top left.

Steps

Open the menu
Tap the lines at the top left. This is where you move between everything the app does.
Your three lists
Leads is everything. Active Leads is the ones you are working right now. Archived Leads is the ones you are done with. The number beside each is how many are in it.
Everything else
Below the lists: your Calendar, the task board, Tools for the photo and duplicate tools, and Settings. On a Team plan there is an Organizations entry too, for the store’s shared things.
The toolbar and the add button
Close the menu. Along the top: search, a bell for what needs you, and Summary, a panel of today at a glance. The blue button at the bottom centre is how every new lead gets in.

Sort your leads with lists and categories
Lead Manager gives you three lists and as many categories as you want to name, so a busy list turns into a board you can read at a glance.
Every way to get a lead in
Five ways a lead reaches your list in Lead Manager: typed in by hand, pasted from an email, read off a screenshot, imported from a spreadsheet, or sent in by your website or lead provider.
What works where: phone, computer, browser
Lead Manager runs on your phone and in a browser on your computer. A few things behave differently on each, and this is the list.
