Paste a lead from an email
Copy the email or message a lead came in on, paste it into Lead Manager, and it fills in the name, phone, email and vehicle for you.

Most leads reach you as an email from your website or a listing site. You do not have to retype any of it.
Steps
Open the add menu
On your leads list, tap the blue add button at the bottom of the screen.
Choose Paste Lead Information
Pick Paste Lead Information from the menu.
Paste the email
Copy the whole email or message, then paste it into the box. You do not need to tidy it up first.
Let it read the details
Tap Parse & Continue. The Add Lead form opens with the name, phone, email and vehicle already filled in. Check them, and fix anything it got wrong.
Record texting consent, if you have it
If the lead agreed to be texted, tick Lead gave consent to receive SMS and type what they agreed to under Consent text witnessed. Skip this if they did not.
Save
Tap Save Lead. It goes to the top of your list, ready to call, text or email.
