Find and merge leads entered twice
The duplicate scanner groups leads that share an email or a phone number, so you can merge the ones that are the same person and ignore the ones that are not.
On the Pro and Team plans.

MergeIgnoreThe same customer enquires twice, or turns up in an import you already ran. The scanner reads every lead you have — not only the ones on screen — and shows you the ones that look like each other.
Steps
Open the scanner
Open Tools from the menu, then tap Review for Duplicates. The same row sits on the Settings screen, if that is where you are.
Read a group
Each card starts with the lead the app would keep and its email. Under Possible duplicates: are the ones that match it. Two leads only ever land in one group because they share something real.
Merge the ones that are the same person
Tap Merge. The others fold into the lead at the top of the card and disappear from your list.
Ignore the ones that are not
Two people in a household can share one email address. Tap Ignore and that group stops appearing.
