See who is following up
The Activity screen counts every call, text, email and new lead per person per day, ranks your team by it, and shows you who has gone quiet.
On the Team plan.
Open the menu and tap Activity. It is one screen, and it answers one question: who has actually been working the leads this week.
What gets counted
Every action is totalled against the person who did it, on the day they did it. A range is simply those days added together, so the numbers never disagree with each other.
- Calls — calls placed from the app.
- Texts — texts sent.
- Emails — emails sent.
- Leads — leads created.
- Active Today — how many of your people have done something today.
- Members Active — how many did something in the range you picked, out of the whole team.
What the cards mean
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Team overview | The six counts above, for the range you picked, with the time of the most recent thing anyone did. |
| Top performers | Your people in order, “ranked by touches in the selected range (calls, texts, emails, leads, updates)”, each with their own breakdown and when they were last seen working. |
| Needs attention | Whoever is “quiet or inactive compared with the rest of the team”. It is the same score, read from the bottom. |
| Recent activity | The team’s events, newest first. Filter it by person with All members, or by kind with All actions. |
