Steps
Start selecting
Press and hold a lead. The list switches to selection mode, and you tap the circle on any others you want.
Open the actions
Tap the orange checklist button at the bottom of the screen.
Choose Auto-assign (round-robin)
Pick Auto-assign (round-robin) to split them across people. Assign to member gives them all to one person instead.
Pick who gets them
Tick the people who should take them. Select all ticks everyone. You are not in the list — you are the one handing them out.
Confirm
Tap the assign button. The leads are dealt out one each in turn, and they leave your list.
Good to know
- Share with... gives a teammate their own copy to work from. The lead stays yours, and the notes they add on their copy come back to you.
- Assign to member and Auto-assign (round-robin) hand the lead over. It disappears from your list and turns up in theirs, marked with who assigned it.
