The worksheet is where a deal stops being a guess. You put in what you are selling the car for, what you are charging and what the bank is offering, and it tells you the payment.
Steps
Open the worksheet
On the lead’s page, tap the three dots and choose Worksheet.
Put in the price, the fees and the tax
Under Fees, Products & Taxes, fill in Sales Price, Licensing Fee, Dealer Admin Fee and Tax Rate (%). Subtotal (before term/payment) adds itself up.
Set the loan terms
Under Loan Terms & Payment, set Customer Down Payment, Term (months) and Base Interest Rate (%).
Read the payment
Payment Amount appears, and the Summary at the top fills in with Total Financed, Payment and LTV.
Carry on down the page
There is no save button — it writes itself as you type. Below the loan are Purchaser Information, the Vehicle and the Black Book Value.
