Inventory is your lot, in the app, for everyone on the team. It is the same list a lead’s vehicle is picked from and the same list the deal worksheet suggests cars out of, so it is worth keeping straight.
Steps
Open Inventory
On your store’s page, tap Inventory. That button is the way in.
Start the entry
Tap the add button. On the SELLER tab, put in who you bought it from, what you paid and the date it came into stock, then tap Continue to Vehicle.
Describe the vehicle
On the VEHICLE tab, fill in the VIN, year, make, model, kilometres and what you are asking. Tap Continue to Photos.
Add photos and save
Tap Take photo or Upload for each shot. Photos are optional. Tap Complete Entry and the unit is in the list.
Record the sale
When it sells, open the unit, tap Edit Details, then Add Sold to Data, and fill in the SOLD TO tab. The STATUS column now reads Sold.

- Keep the garage register
Record every vehicle that comes in and goes out — who it came from, who it went to, and the dates — and export the whole register as a spreadsheet.
- Put a vehicle on a lead
Pick the car out of your inventory and attach it to the lead, so anyone who opens them knows which one the deal is about.
- Work the deal out on the worksheet
Put the price, the fees and the loan terms in, and the worksheet gives you the payment, the amount financed and the loan-to-value while you type.
