Keep the garage register

Record every vehicle that comes in and goes out — who it came from, who it went to, and the dates — and export the whole register as a spreadsheet.

On the Team plan. Unlocks when your paid plan starts.

Before you start

A phone showing Lead Manager. The Garage Register opens from the store’s page, the add button starts the quick entry, the seller and vehicle details go in, Complete Entry adds the row with its date in, and Export writes the register to a spreadsheet.

The garage register is the same list of vehicles as Inventory, shown as a record of movement: what came in, from whom, what went out, and to whom.

Steps

  1. Open the register

On your store’s page, tap Garage Register.

  2. Start the entry

Tap the add button. On the SELLER tab, put in who the vehicle came from, what you paid and the DATE INTO STOCK, then tap Continue to Vehicle.

  3. Finish it

Fill in the VEHICLE tab, tap Continue to Photos, then Complete Entry. The vehicle joins the register with its DATE IN.

  4. Export the register

Tap Export. Every vehicle on the list is written to a CSV you can open in any spreadsheet.

Good to know

  • Put your lot into Inventory

Add a vehicle with the quick entry, put photos on it, and mark it sold — one shared list of units your whole team can see.

  • Set up your organization

Put your store’s name, address and logo into Lead Manager, set the defaults every deal worksheet starts from, and find the lists your whole team shares.

  • Put a vehicle on a lead

Pick the car out of your inventory and attach it to the lead, so anyone who opens them knows which one the deal is about.
