Put a vehicle on a lead
Pick the car out of your inventory and attach it to the lead, so anyone who opens them knows which one the deal is about.
On the Team plan.
Before you start
- The vehicle is in your inventory. Put your lot into Inventory

A lead is about a car. Put the car on the lead and anyone who opens it — you tomorrow, the closer on Saturday — sees which one without asking.
Steps
Open the lead’s menu
On the lead’s page, tap the three dots at the top right.
Choose Assign Vehicle
Pick Assign Vehicle. Select Vehicle opens on your store’s lot.
Find the car and pick it
Type into Search VIN, Make, Model... until you see it, then tap the row.
Check it landed
The car is now on the lead under Assigned Vehicles:, with its VIN under the name.
