Put a callback in the calendar
Book the call you promised, the appointment somebody is coming in for, or a reminder to yourself — against the lead it belongs to, so it is there when the day comes.
A phone showing Lead Manager. The app menu opens the Calendar, the add button opens Schedule Event, a callback is set for a lead and saved, and it appears under Today above the Tomorrow, This Week and Past Due sections.

Steps
Open the calendar
Tap the menu button at the top left, then Calendar.
Start an event
Tap the blue add button at the bottom. The Schedule Event sheet slides up.
Say what it is and when
Pick Callback, Walk-in or Reminder, then set the date and the time. A new event has to be in the future.
Put it on a lead and save
Tap Assign and choose the lead, add a line under Notes (optional) so you know what it was about, and tap Save.
Read your day
The list runs Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Later, and then Past Due for anything the day got away from. Each heading counts what is under it.
Good to know
- Callback — a call you said you would make.
- Walk-in — somebody coming to the store at a set time.
- Reminder — a nudge for you, with nobody else expecting anything.
| What | On a phone | On a computer |
|---|---|---|
| How a reminder reaches you | Your phone schedules it with the operating system, so it arrives at the time you set even if Lead Manager is closed. | The browser shows it. Lead Manager has to be open in a tab, and you have to have allowed notifications for the site. |
| Picking a date | Tap the date and the time and use your phone’s own pickers. | The same pickers, opened in the window. |
