Archive a lead, and get it back
Move a finished lead out of the way without losing it — everything you wrote stays on the lead, and one menu item brings it back.
A phone showing the leads board. A lead’s menu is opened and Move to Archived Leads is chosen; the card slides away and the count drops. The app menu opens on Archived Leads, which lists the lead, and its own menu moves it back to Active Leads.

2026-07-29A sold car, a lead who bought elsewhere, a number that never answers. Archiving takes them out of your working list and keeps every word you wrote about them.
Steps
Archive it from the lead’s menu
Tap the lead’s three dots and choose Move to Archived Leads. It leaves the list straight away.
Open the app menu
Tap the menu button at the top left. Your three lists are there with a count on each, and the archived one has just gone up by one.
Open Archived Leads
Tap Archived Leads. The lead is sitting at the top, exactly as you left it.
Bring it back when you need it
Tap its three dots and choose Move to Active Leads. It leaves the archive and rejoins the list you are working.
