Call, text or email a lead

Reach a lead straight from your list — a swipe to call, the row’s menu for anything else, and a saved template when you do not want to retype it.

A phone showing a list of leads. A row is swiped to the right to call, its three-dot menu opens on Call, Text, Email and Send Template, a saved email template is chosen and sent, and the lead’s dot turns blue.

You do not have to open a lead to reach them. Everything is on the row itself.

Steps

  1. Swipe the row to call

On a phone, drag the lead’s row to the right and let go. Drag it left instead and it opens a text to them.

  2. Or open the row’s menu

Tap the three dots on the row for Call, Call Private, Text, Email and Send Template.

  3. Send a saved template

Choose Send Template. Your text templates and your email templates are listed separately; pick one and Lead Manager fills the lead’s name in for you.

  4. Check it and send

The message opens with the lead already in the To line. Read it, change anything you want, and tap Send.

  5. The dot tells you it landed

Every call, text and email is counted against the lead and shows up in Interaction History. The row’s dot turns blue, because that lead is now the last one you touched.

  • What the coloured dot on a lead means

The dot at the front of every lead says how long it has been since you touched that lead — blue for the last one, then green, yellow and red as it ages.

  • The lead’s page, and writing a note

Open a lead to see everything you know about them in one place, and leave a note so the next person — including you next week — knows where the deal stands.

  • Select several leads at once

Press and hold to start picking leads, then file, export, email or delete the whole lot of them in one go.
