The box at the top searches the list you have open — it is labelled with that list’s name. Type part of a name, a phone number or an email.
Open sort and filter

Choose an order
Under Sorting Options: Sort by Name, Sort by Date Created or Sort by Last Interacted. Then Sort Ascending or Sort Descending for which end comes first.
Narrow it down
Lead Type Filtering keeps only personal or only business leads. Date Range Filtering cuts the list to Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days or a range you pick.
