2026-09-11Assign Category to Selected
UncategorizedUncontactedContactedSoldFiling twenty leads one at a time is a waste of an afternoon. Pick them all first, then do the thing once.
Steps
Press and hold a lead
Hold your finger on any lead until a tick appears on it. The list is now in selection mode.
Tap the others you want
A single tap adds a lead, and another takes it off again. Untick them all and the list goes back to normal.
Open the actions
The blue add button at the bottom has become an orange one with a checklist on it. Tap it.
Do it to all of them at once
Choose Assign Category to Selected, then pick a category. Every lead you ticked moves, and the selection clears itself.
Good to know
- Send Email Template to selected leads — one of your saved email templates, out to everybody you picked.
- Export selected to spreadsheet — the leads you picked as a file you can open in Excel or Sheets.
- Assign Category to Selected — file them all under one category, or under Uncategorized to take a category off.
- Delete Selected — gone, and not recoverable. Archiving is the safer move.
- Select All and Clear Selection — take everything the list is showing, or start again.
